New credit system as per November 8 meeting

Now onwards there is only two yearout occur in 3rd year and 4th year

To enter S5 students must secure 26 credit from S1&S2

To enter S7 students must secure 52 credit from S1, S2, S3, S4


Every student get minimum 3 chance for a subject  (1 Regular chance + 2 supplementary chance )
